Refunds, Returns & Cancellations – AE Collective

We want you to love your purchase from AE Collective. If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations:

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare products, earrings, or opened body care items.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aecollectivesa.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t yet been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel, email us at info@aecollectivesa.com with your order number.

  • After 24 hours or once an order has been packed/shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
