Refunds, Returns & Cancellations – AE Collective
We want you to love your purchase from AE Collective. If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations:
Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare products, earrings, or opened body care items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aecollectivesa.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t yet been processed or shipped.

To cancel, email us at info@aecollectivesa.com with your order number.

After 24 hours or once an order has been packed/shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
